We're sorry to have to announce that we have per today stopped to let wonky weekend promoting their products on the site.

This is because of following reasons:

- Many people are generaly not impressed by the changes in quality from batch to batch of their products. Naturally they want to know the reasons for this.
- Wonky does not give any reasons behind this other than blaming it on their supplier and didn't seem to be able to communicate seriously with their customers.

We therefore also retract the "Trusted Vendor Badge" given to them.

We welcome serious vendors to give us information about their services and products.
If wonky weekend is to sort out these issues they're welcome to apply again for both the badge and posting their services on the forum.
Untill then, their account is blocked.

The competition still stands, but the prize that goes to the winner won't be sent from this vendor. In stead we will make alternative arrangements to award the winner. Closing date for the competition is 27th of September

It was a tough decision to make but we've been in contact with Wonky weekend and don't get any answers regarding the things we're questioning.
We've have made this decision for the wellbeing of our members and hope you'll understand it.

I repeat. If wonky weekend is to sort out these issues they're welcome to apply again for both the badge and posting their services on the forum.

Geeza i applaud your professional stance. It's nice to know that you're serious about Vendors that shy away from the direct questions about batch differences and that give supplier excuses.

Sucky call to make Geeza but for the best.

I'm a bit cagey on the wording on the 'trusted vendor badge*. 100% reliable isn't something that could be challenged in court, but you might end up with ppl coming here to whinge about something and trying to palm the blame on the endorsement.

I do think vendor reviews and regular, moderated communication with vendors is key. I say moderated & I do believe in free speech but without some checks & balances vendors might take the piss.

For example my 'other place' has a strict ban on prices/vendors/sources for very good reasons. I keep to the rules of that very tightly moderated site. I come here for the details that I'm not allowed to talk about there.

I'm actually pretty appalled at the cavalier attitude toward testing batches. I naively thought every batch would be be tested from China or wherever the come from. I guess not. Saying 'oopser-doodle, we fucked up & will now test every batch' isn't good enough. Someone could have died.

*btw WW still has the badge up on their site.

Please let it be clear that while we were forced to take away wonky weekend's status as verified vendor, this does NOT mean they're scammers. Fair is fair and we work towards changing things WITH vendors for the better of the customer. I am not exagerating when saying that this was a hard call to make. We can't please everybody all the time but we're talking about people "researching" unknown chemicals so we believe that consumers/customers should go before vendors.
That said it is only fair to give wonky weekend a chance to react to this in public so I'll post an unedited message from them they wish to see published in this thread.

Message from Wonky Weekend:
1. We are not aware of any problems with our current batch. We have not had any complaints either. We did have issues a few weeks back so we withdrew it from sale until we had the good stuff back. This is well documented at UKRC, somewhere in the 75+ page eclipse thread. What we have now is exactly the same as what was reviewed on this very site.

2. The fact that we didn't send and refunded many customers goes to show that we do take our business seriously. I just like a joke and a bit of banter. Of course, we don't want Ann Robinson on our case. The watchdog thing was a joke.

We have been asked to re-apply for our vendor badge. We didn't apply in the first place. Chemsrus sent a png to be used for an avatar. We realise the importance of forums and word of mouth in this game.

If anybody has any issues with our products or service. Please bring it to our attention. We will not be able to answer questions on chemsrus since we have been banned.

Cheers :)

Its a shame as WW & CD had a great product in eclipse BUT the different batches made it so I would order off them anymore.

Such a shame if they could of kept it the same they would be clearing up right now. The good batches were very nice.

Hope you guys can resolve this and come back stronger.

I am very impressed Gezza that you have done this in such a professional manner.

Tbh Geeza, i think you have made the right move.
How many times these branded chem vendors give out a few good samples and then their product turns to absolute shite.

Meph chaser`s, fuck me give it up. Let them live on the branded chem forum.

Not sure about this one geeza, think its a bit harsh, I have questioned WW on customer service and batch consistency but when you gave your explanation for trusted Vendor I understood why you gave him the badge because is wasn't for quality Vendor and for that reason i think it's harsh the badge has been removed and even more harsh that his account has been suspended.

Even though the reliability and quality of WW chemicals in doubt he does try and correct any issues and as far as aware will give you a refund, so in the sense he can be trusted. It's then for us customers to rate him on quality and customer service. I can see why you have taken the action and don't totally agree with revoking of the Trusted Vendor Badge but i think the suspending of his account is a step to far, don't think any vendor should be banned unless their products are dangerous or they are scamming customers, that's just my personal opinion but totally understand you reasons even if I dont totally agree.
Theres been so many things that have held us down
But now it looks like things are finally comin' around
I know we've got a long long way to go,
And where we'll end up?
I don't know.

I understand where you coming from Highsandlows, and you got to remember that this be all means doesn't mean that WW is classed unreliable - They've been very good at replacing products when complaints were made.
They're welcome to promote their products and services again, and it's very easy for them to do so by just sorting those 2 reasons mentioned in the original post; Be clear, be transparent and don't dodge questions in ANY way.
So the ball is in their court and we don't hold any grudge but just want to do what's best for our members, some of them WW customers. If the majority of ChemsRus members disagree with this, then who am I to deny WW from promoting themselves. After all it's all the members here that make the forum and thus the rules, and I'm just trying to do what I think is just. I welcome any input in matters like these.
